Over the years, I've managed marketing projects in different industries, blending creativity with data-driven thinking to boost engagement, build stronger brand visibility, and drive business growth. Marketing ManagerSteppin Stone — Temecula, CAJul 2025 – Present

Sole marketing lead across four business lines, a tax & accounting firm, an AI software platform, executive suites, and live events. Drove 128,000+ social engagements in twelve months by running content as a system. Helped lead branding and go-to-market for SteppinAI, an AI-native tax platform, taking it from internal tool to market-facing product. Built an AI-assisted creative pipeline (Claude, ChatGPT, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs), with one marketer producing at agency volume.

Content CreatorIndependent — YouTube & TikTokOct 2019 – Present

Built and grew an original content brand from scratch by producing relatable, Gen Z-centered material that turned casual viewers into dedicated followers. Grew a YouTube channel past 100,000 subscribers and 15M+ lifetime views and scaled a TikTok audience to 250,000+ followers, reverse engineering retention, thumbnails, and titles through performance data. Managed all stages on my own: concept, scripting, filming, editing, design, and publishing.

Social Media ManagerExtrax — Palm Springs, CAApr 2022 – Jul 2023

Developed Extrax Palm Springs' social media presence from the ground up, shaping the brand's tone, content plan, and community engagement style for a local retail audience. Planned, photographed, and produced product images and short-form videos while keeping a consistent visual identity. Drew on performance and engagement data to adjust content, improve campaigns, and build stronger customer relationships.
